MindTrex.com is an independent website that publishes information about the MindTrex dietary supplement. This page explains how we research, write, review, and update our content, how we make money, and how to contact us if you spot a mistake.

Who we are

MindTrex.com is run by [your name or company name], based in [country]. We are not the manufacturer, distributor, or official seller of MindTrex, and we are not affiliated with the company that makes it. The brand has no control over what we publish and does not review our content before it goes live.

Our content is written and edited by [author name], [one sentence on relevant background, for example experience in health writing, nutrition or consumer research]. You can read more about our team on our About page.

Our editorial principles

We follow four principles in everything we publish.

Accuracy. We base claims about ingredients and health effects on published research, regulatory sources and the product’s own label and terms. When evidence is weak, mixed, or missing, we say so plainly.

Independence. Earning a commission never changes our conclusions. We publish downsides, red flags and alternatives, even when that makes a purchase less likely.

Transparency. We explain where our information comes from and clearly disclose how we make money.

Reader safety. Health content can affect real decisions. We never present a dietary supplement as a treatment for any disease, and we encourage readers to talk to a healthcare professional before starting any supplement.

How we research

For each topic, we review the following sources, prioritizing the most reliable:

  1. Peer-reviewed studies in humans, preferring randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews over animal or lab studies.
  2. Government and regulatory bodies such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
  3. The product label, official sales pages, and published terms, including pricing and refund policies.
  4. Independent consumer sources, such as complaint databases and verified customer feedback, where available.

We treat seller testimonials, star ratings published by the brand, and other affiliate websites as marketing material, not evidence. When the research on an ingredient doesn’t match what’s in the finished product, for example because a label hides individual doses, we explain the gap.

Product testing and first-hand experience

We always state clearly whether our conclusions are based on first-hand use of the product or on an assessment of its label, ingredients, research and sales terms. We never invent personal experiences, customer stories or test results. [If you have bought and used the product, add: “We purchased MindTrex with our own money and documented the ordering, delivery, taste, mixing and refund process. Photos on our review page are our own.”]

Medical review

A medical professional does not review our content. It is written for general information only and is not medical advice. Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

Use of AI tools

We may use AI tools to help with research, outlining, and drafting. Every page is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human editor before publication, and a human editor is responsible for all published content.

How we make money

Affiliate commissions support MindTrex.com. When you click certain links and buy a product, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links are marked as sponsored in our code, and we note near purchase buttons that we may earn a commission. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.

We do not accept payment for positive coverage. We do not accept free products in exchange for reviews, and advertisers cannot buy a higher score or the removal of negative information.

Customer reviews and testimonials

When we show testimonials published by the seller, we label them as such and note that we cannot verify them. We don’t edit testimonials to change their meaning and don’t create fake reviews. If readers share experiences with us, we only publish them with permission and may shorten them for length.

Keeping content up to date

Prices, offers, refund terms, and research change over time. We review our pages regularly, at least every six months. Each page shows the date it was last updated. When a significant new study is published, or the seller changes its terms, we update the relevant pages as soon as practical.

Corrections

We work hard to get things right, but mistakes can happen. If you believe something on our site is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us at contact@mindtrex.com or through our Contact page. Include the page address and what you think should change, with a source if possible.

We review every correction request. If we confirm an error, we fix it promptly, and for significant corrections we add a note at the end of the page explaining what changed and when.
